"Wish I’d Understood the Return Policy Better"
I tried to look into the return policy before placing an order, but i ended up more confused than reassured. The rules felt kind of scattered, and I still wasn’t sure what they would actually accept if I needed to send something back. I wish I’d spent more time figuring it out before considering the purchase, because it just didn’t feel worth the potential hassle to me

My order from woodencork.com showed up packed really well. The bottles were wrapped nice and tight, and nothing was leaking or broken, which is always the main thing I worry about. The outside box did have one corner that looked a little rough, but everything inside was totally fine. Based on this one order, I’d say they seem to take packing seriously. I’d give 5 stars if the outer box arrived a bit cleaner, but overall they did a good job.

"Checkout was kind of a hassle"
Browsing the site was fine, I guess, and it was easy to find what I needed. But the checkout part was more frustrating than I expected. I had to try a few times to get my info entered correctly, and the payment page felt kind of slow. I also wasn’t really sure at first if my order actually went through, which made me hesitate a bit. It wasn’t terrible overall, but for how easy the checkout was, I’d probably give it 2 stars

I tried using woodencork.com and it felt like one of those sites that turns a simple thing into a whole project. I just wanted to look around and find what I needed, but the pages felt cluttered and I kept having to click back and forth for basic stuff that should’ve been easy to spot.

The checkout didn’t make things any better. I wasn’t totally sure if my items were added right, and I kept second guessing what was going on. Maybe other people have no issue with it, but for me it was more frustrating than it should’ve been, so I ended up giving up.

"Definitely legit, just a little slow with updates"
I was absolutely, 100% a little skeptical about ordering from Wooden Cork at first because I’d never used them before, but the checkout seemed totally normal and I got my confirmation email right away.

The bottle showed up packed well, and it was definitely the exact one I ordered, so no complaints at all there. Shipping took a few days longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were ridiculously slow, like they were taking a nap or something.

Overall, I’m completely convinced they’re legit. Not the fastest experience in the universe, but everything arrived correctly, and I’d definitely consider ordering from them again.
